Shipping Options
All shipping is carried out by Royal Mail. Please note there is a limit of 2kg on all international shipping.

UK
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel Service. This normally takes between 5-7 Working Days, but can take longer at peak times such as Xmas or severe weather conditions. There is no tracking with this service. We will recognise as 'lost' any parcel not received within 25 Working Days and will offer a refund or re-send at our discretion.

Europe
To most countries in Europe we offer a choice of:
a) Airsure Premium Tracked Service: This provides tracking to your local post office and is the fastest most secure method provided by Royal Mail. It normally takes between 5-10 Working Days, but is not guaranteed. We will recognise as 'lost' any parcel not received within 25 Working Days and will offer a refund or re-send at our discretion.
b) Standard Airmail: This has no tracking and normally takes between 7-12 Working Days. We will recognise as 'lost' any parcel not received within 32 Working Days and will offer a refund or re-send at our discretion.

Countries That Do Not Provide a Tracking Service: Certain countries cannot offer a tracked postal service. In these cases we use International Signed For Service. While this cannot be tracked, the parcel does take a premium route through the post system and requires a signature upon delivery. We will recognise as 'lost' any parcel not received within 25 Working Days and will offer a refund or re-send at our discretion.

Rest Of World
We offer either Airsure Premium Tracked Service, or International Signed For depending on the availability in each Country. Delivery normally takes between 7-12 Working Days, but this is not guaranteed. We will recognise as 'lost' any parcel not delivered within 25 Working Days and will refund or re-send at our discretion.
